OUR VISION.

  • To cater for the accommodation needs of the over 55's in our community in a secure gated managed complex so they can enjoy the facilities and programmes organised by and for them.

 

  • It is hoped that a 5-10 acre site could be obtained in which 50-100 self contained 2 bedroom units could be constructed for rental or purchase by eligible parties.

 

  • Although plans have not been drawn up, nor a site located as yet, it is hoped that it will be in the metropolitan area and close to shopping and medical facilities.

 

  • A large hall within the complex is envisaged, to include offices, library, kitchen and a function area for movies, entertainment and fund raising activities.

 

  • Family and Friends of occupants will be welcomed outside of "Nana Nap" hours, and regular functions in the main hall will cater for get-togethers and fund raising activities for the whole family to enjoy together.

 

  • At this stage, it is envisaged that only the accommodation needs of the over 55's will be catered for. Should you be requiring some level of medical care, these arrangements will need to be organised by you or your family.

 

  • Should the property acquired be large enough to accommodate facilities to provide some level of care, this could be incorporated into the future extension plans of the complex, subject to funding.

 

  • Consideration will also be given to organising regular shopping trips and outings for the residents either through the management or through tour operators.
