My Name is Ian McKenzie, Originally from Bangalore now living in Melbourne Aus. I have been researching my roots for about 5 years now and have come to an impasse. Father: MCKENZIE, Mother: HEATON. On My Maternal Great Grandparents side – HEATON – my great grand father SAMUEL HEATON [1880 -1934 ] married a SARAH.

Samuel Heaton (b 9 May 1880 Bengal: Saugor, St Peter Presidency Bengal, d 13 May 1934 Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India,) We have no other details regarding this lady.  Can anyone please shed any light on the lady SARA? The families lived in Madras and Poona finally settling in Bangalore. On my Paternal Great-grandparents side; My Great Grandmother is ELIZABETH Vieyra [1866-1916 ] very little is know about this lady. Elizabeth Vieyra (b 1866 Madras India, d 1916 Madras India, Married originally to St John Alexander Churchill McKenzie and on his death to ….. Alexander Denis Martin B:1872 D:04 Mar 1944. Any help with any of the above will be gratefully received. If Interested I am also willing to share my family tree with relevant members.
